James brings 30 years of deep experience in finance and capital markets, having held senior leadership roles where he built and led high-performing teams. At TD Securities, he served as Managing Director, Head of Retail & Wealth Distribution & Product Innovation, a role in which he was known for delivering innovative solutions, forging strong partnerships, and driving growth through strategic change.

Today, James advises, invests in, and helps build private ventures, including Hiveworks. He holds a BA in Economics from York University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Outside of work, James enjoys travelling with his family, golf, and hockey.

At TD Securities, he was responsible for a $175 billion corporate lending portfolio, developing solutions that balanced risk, growth, and long-term client value. He's known for his sharp analytical lens, collaborative approach, and ability to turn complex challenges into actionable strategies.

Today, Savo focuses on advising, investing in, and building private ventures, including his role as Managing Partner at Nexus Partners.

Outside of work, he's an avid skier, sailor, and soccer enthusiast, and actively supports causes like JDRF and United Way.

Zubin brings over 15 years of experience in digital sales and strategy, with a proven ability to launch and scale high-impact digital products. He combines strategic vision with deep technical fluency, helping organizations unlock growth by building user-first experiences that also drive measurable business outcomes. He has held senior roles at TD, BMO and Samsung, where he led transformative initiatives across product, marketing, and technology.

Today, Zubin focuses on helping organizations unlock growth through digital sales and strategy alongside building and investing in ventures like Hiveworks.

Outside of work, Zubin is usually planning his next travel adventure, often focused on finding a new place to ski.
